Indoor pool area, fast internet access, secure parking

Absolutely disappointing that the hotel doesn't clean rooms daily!!! Could use better communication regarding damages and charges, with some serious thought going into the check-in process and room maintenance protocols!!!

I really enjoyed the great breakfast that started super early at 4:30 am, perfect for my schedule as I explored nearby parks and attractions like the Clinton Presidential Library and the Witt Stephens Jr. Central Arkansas Nature Center, both just a short drive from the hotel. I loved having clean and well-maintained accommodations during my stay.

Spacious room for wheelchair access, but Wi-Fi was slow during our stay.

the room was a bit warm when I arrived (had to mess with the AC). but the beds were super comfy! the lobby was decorated nicely, and loved the easy check-in process. the pool was a hit with my family!

During my stay, the air conditioning was ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. It took a long time to cool down, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was not functional, and the pool turned out to be much smaller than depicted online. I expected a relaxing end to my day, but instead, I was disappointed.

The beds felt really comfy, making it easy to get a good night's rest. I appreciated how clean the hotel was overall. The breakfast options were pretty decent, especially the coffee available all day. However, the front desk service could use some improvements. When I needed extra towels, it took a long time for someone to respond. Additionally, the room didn’t get very cool, even with the AC running. it felt a bit stuffy during the night. Parking was sufficient and free, which helped a lot since I didn’t have to worry about finding a spot after a long day. Despite the issues, I enjoyed the stay mostly for the peaceful environment and good cleanliness.

i had a peaceful break at fairfield inn, where my recent stay exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visit in little rock. the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. i particularly loved the delicious breakfast options that kept me satisfied throughout my stay.

the shuttle service was delayed once.

The exercise room was clean with modern equipment, making it perfect for staying active. The waffle maker at breakfast was a big hit!

The hotel was beautifully decorated with warm lighting, and I appreciated the accessible areas designed thoughtfully for seniors, making navigation easy and enjoyable during my stay.

i absolutely loved my stay at the fairfield inn. the staff was super nice, and the breakfast made mornings much easier! being so close to the airport was a huge plus.
